Underwater Housing for Nikon D60

Strong, durable and compact with a depth rating of 60m (200ft)
Although designed with beginners in mind this housing will satisfy even the most demanding underwater photographers. Manufactured from poycarbonate resin, special attention has been paid to ensure superb underwater performance, strength and solidity. After repeatedly subjecting it to exacting pressure tests we have achieved a compact design with a depth rating of 60m (200ft).
Two Fiber-optic cable sockets
Simply by connecting the Fiber-optic cable L-type (#50107) to the socket, the digital camera's built-in flash can be used to trigger an external strobe. This is considerably less complicated than setting up a sync. cable and it eliminates any risk of leaking at the bulkhead.
TTL auto adjustment available when using an optional YS Converter/N
The housing is fitted with one 5-pin bulkhead for attaching the YS Converter/N (#50117). This allows the option of TTL flash when using SEA&SEA YS110a and YS250Pro strobes.
*A Sync Cord/N (#17100) must be fitted between the converter and the strobe.
New easy to use Port Locking System.
Simply insert the port or port base then turn the metal locking ring till it clicks into position. The port cannot then loosen during use.
New line-up of ports includes;
The RDX Standard Port (#30107) for most standard zoom lenses, the RDX Port Base L (#30109) for joint use with NX-series ports and the RDX Port Base S (#30108) for joint use with compact macro ports.
Main features of the RDX-D60 housing
Features a 0.5x pick-up viewfinder that makes it easy to see the whole field of view. An optional 0.8x viewfinder (#46104) is also available for macro work.
Any NX port can be used with the appropriate port base to accomodated a wide range of lenses.
Camera quick shoe for easy mounting and removal of the camera. Mounting the camera becomes a breeze.
New type of easily operated shutter lever, excellent for quick snapshots and to avoid motion blur. The shutter lever can be operated in two ways - pushing from the top or pulling from the front - and offers a smooth halfway press for adjusting the autofocus so you need not worry about any missed chances.
Large buckle structure (with lock function). Makes it easier to open and close the back cover than existing (metal) locking latches.
By attaching a Sea Arm or similar set to the tripod socket at the bottom of the housing up to two external strobes can be attached and used.
Both the main dial and quick control dial are operable while holding the hand grips due to advanced ergonomic design.
When using the optional Grip-Stay L (#22108) you can hold the camera firmly with both hands just as you can with conventional housings.
